Relationships were formed with the people responsible for the daily maintenance operations of these facilities and they soon learned they could depend on Enrich Products to respond to their needs quickly.

The customers of Enrich Products are essentially responsible for the product mix available today, because it was their needs that directed what Enrich would offer. This is how in 1998 Enrich came to be the North American Distributor of the Tarn-Pure Copper Silver Ionization Systems. A long time customer of Enrich was having trouble receiving adequate service on a Copper Silver Ionization System they had purchased and asked Mr. Silverberg if he could investigate the product with the manufacturer (TP Technologies in England) to determine whether Enrich could provide service on the system.
